This policy governs how online orders received on www.abho.in are shipped.

Orders are shipped worldwide from our Jaipur office.

We use world class logistics / shipping companies to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. Shipping cost will be clearly mentioned and added to orders before you are directed towards the payment page.

Orders are shipped after we have received 100% payment for the ordered products and shipping.

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the order number. For any enquiries regarding your order, kindly email us at support@abho.in along with order number in subject line.

We aim to ship your order within 3–4 weeks. For customised pieces or items that are out of stock, the timeline may be longer — we’ll keep you informed of the estimated delivery date after your order is placed.
Please note that pan India, delivery time varies between 3 -7 days, depending on your location, distance, and our logistics partners. While we are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities, we will do our best to help you track your package through our partner courier services.

Orders containing different products and / or multiple pieces will be shipped together as one package. Abho may at its own discretion choose to break the order in multiple shipments to save time and cost.
Kindly email us at support@abho.in to request individual delivery of one or more pieces, we will try our best to fulfil such request. Additional shipping charges may apply.

After placing the order but before shipment, we will try to keep you informed regarding the progress of your order and approximate shipment date. For any inquiries, you can email us at support@abho.in along with your order number.

We will send an email with a shipment tracking number once the order is shipped from our end.

Delivery time within India is approx. 3 – 7 days after order is shipped, but may vary based on the delivery location and if customs or other clearances are required.

In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an email detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information.

If you have not received your order within specified time of shipment, then kindly use the tracking number (will be emailed by us after your order is shipped) to track your order on website of shipping company or email us at support@abho.in, we will work with you to track the order and ensure delivery.
- Orders returned due to incorrect address or due to your unavailability to receive them will be shipped again after coordination with you. Additional shipment charges may be payable to cover the cost of reshipment.
