RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange Policy

At ABHO, each piece is made with great care and attention. As a matter of policy, we do not offer refunds on any products sold.

However, sold pieces may be eligible for exchange or a credit note, provided the following terms and conditions are met:

 

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN

Returns are accepted only if:
– The item received is incorrect
– The item has a manufacturing defect or quality issue

To initiate a return, please write to us at support@abho.in within 2 days of receiving your order. After review of the returned item, a replacement will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the item.

2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

– Items must be unused and unwashed
– All original tags must be fully attached
– Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging
– Returns will not be accepted if the item has been worn, altered, washed, or damaged

3. EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

Each product page includes a detailed size chart to help you make the right choice. If you have any doubts about sizing while placing your order, please feel free to reach out to us via WhatsApp or email us at support@abho.in— we’ll be happy to assist.

We offer exchanges for size-related concerns on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability. If you would like to request an exchange, please write to us at support@abho.in within 2 days of receiving your order. A member of our customer care team will respond within 1–2 business days and guide you through the return and exchange process. In some cases, we may request additional information or photographs to assess your request — we appreciate your cooperation.

4. CANCELLATIONS

Please note that we’re unable to accept cancellations, as each order is processed immediately upon confirmation.

4. DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT

If your item arrives damaged during shipping:

– Please make sure to check the garment at the time of delivery. If the piece is damaged, kindly do not share the OTP with the delivery agent and return the package on the spot.
– Notify us by email at support@abho.in within 48 hours of return.

We will assess the damage, repair the item, and send it back to you.

5. FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

- For all international orders (outside India): Customs duties and VAT will be applied as per your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid at the time of delivery. If these are not paid, your order will not be eligible for cancellation or refund, and the package may be destroyed by local authorities.

- Additional handling fees or taxes may also apply as your order passes through customs. These are to be paid by the recipient and apply to both retail and wholesale orders.

- a . b . h . o has no control over these charges, and we’re unable to provide estimates, as import duties and policies vary from country to country.

- We recommend checking with your local customs office for current duties and charges before placing your order to avoid unexpected costs.

5. SHIPPING LIABILITY

For all returns and exchanges:
– Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
a . b . h . o is not liable for packages lost, delayed, or tampered with in transit during the return process.

- For all international exchanges, the cost of shipping and customs clearance—both for returning the original item and receiving the replacement—will need to be borne by the customer. In the case of a quality issue in a product, we will cover the return shipping costs once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed via email.

6. ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE

– Made-to-measure or custom styles
– Sale, end-of-season, or promotional items

7. HANDMADE NATURE OF PRODUCTS

All Abho garments are handmade in small batches. Minor variations in color, weave, or texture are a natural part of the process, and not considered defects.

8. POLICY CHANGES

This policy may be updated at any time without prior notice.
